we received the item but unfortunately it had been damaged in transit . The hands had been bent out of shape . I contacted Moxvio and asked if they could send me replacement hands and instructions on how to remove the old hands and install new ones . They did so very quickly and i have fitted the new ones with ease . Moxvio are a good company who supply some very interesting clocks . i would thoroughly recommend them for their products and their customer service . Well done Moxvio. Thanks
