It made an offer. I didn't get an accepted offer. Then I got an email saying I had purchased the item. This surprised me because it went through, and I did not decide to accept. Fortunately, the items arrived, and it was a good deal. So next I see a listing giving a price or asking for offer, I will be careful to make sure it doesn't automatically by the item. This was not the seller's fault. Just a suggestion to all to read the listings and payment term on all listing carefully.
