This parcel was sent tracked post and as soon as you said you hadn't received it a case was opened with Royal Mail and you were refunded. When a parcel goes missing it is beyond our control which is why we send our post tracked with Royal Mail, so that if an issue arises we can deal with it straight away and in your case you were refunded whilst RM tried to find the missing parcel. This feedback is unnecessary.
