The USPS weighted his shipment as 12oz 6 rollers. He claimed to have received only 4 which the USPS weighs in as 8oz. I sent him official USPS shipping labels confirming the content weights for 4 and 6 roller shipment. I never called him a liar, just showed USPS PROOF..
