So I received my item. I told him which car and year of car before ordering , which he conferred it will work when it came through. It did not work and then to asked me to do something on the computer to try and fix it. he was very rude do not buy from him

Hello, I'm sorry, but you're misrepresenting the situation, you were rude! Since you shared that you don't have a navigation card, I asked you to check if the SD card is readable in a computer (to find out where the problem is, but you said you don't have a computer 🤔😏) Then you got a refund even before you returned the product. I have many regular customers who know I am fair.
