This laptop unfortunately would not boot up when I got it, and despite trying everything I could I never could get into the BIOS or even see the Dell splash screen. But these things happen, and I do not blame this seller for that at all. Something could have happened during transit that I couldn't see. They were very understanding and gave me a refund after I sent the laptop back. I hope to purchase another laptop from them, and this time, I think it will boot fine.
