The package arrived damaged (probably due to the postal system rather than the seller). Trouble returning item as I requested a QR code to return parcel as I had no access to a printer and the seller would only send me a email to print the return label and advised me the post office would accept the email, however this was not the case so it involved lots of running around and additional cost to pay for a print of the email at a print shop. I did email the seller to advise this but had no reply
