My experience was going fairly well. Order and delivery went fine. However, the right earbud did not work. I reported this to seller and was told multiple times that a replacement ear bud was being sent. Nothing has ver been received and I’m currently in possession of a case, a working left ear bud and a non-working right earbud. I’m not at all happy with my experience.
