I received the item, it didn't work. They were good enough to send a second item instead of asking for a return and replacement, like I offered. The 2nd one didn't work. I have a modern TV and connected properly; can only blame their components/instructions. 2 stars for communicating but sending a bunch of pics and videos and getting no solution is a no go. I hate to leave negative reviews, but this product is bad and they need to quality check it better. Need better instructions too
