Shoes were used rather than as advertised new. When I wrote to tell him, of course it was his error in how they were advertised, he knew they were used. We determined the $$$ compensation for used vs new. A month later I have still to receive a partial refund. DO NOT DO BUSINESS With them..... They do not live up to their word.
