The item was inadequately packaged, and the platter was not secured or packaged separately by the seller. Consequently, the platter came loose during shipping, causing damage to the dust cover and tonearm as it bounced around in the box. The turntable is now damaged beyond repair, as the tonearm no longer tracks properly, pulling to the right and lacking adjustability. Additionally, the quartz lock no longer functions, leading to inaccurate spinning. Seller unresponsive, eBay had to give refund
