Well okay is all. Sorry but a low or old battery didn't help. As the unit ran for only a very limited time, before making piping and hissing sounds.
Also the level of sound is low when inside a coach, and you have other locomotives with sound around it. I am going to cut a hole in the bottom of the coach, to get more volume from the unit. I am also going to do away with the Heat Shrink and install the unit in a potting box.
