The sugar bowl is gorgeous. The picture on the website doesn't do it justice. It makes the gold look a little cheap, but in reality it's very beautiful and has a cosmopolitan look. The metal is not flimsy, but is solid and has weight. The spoon is the same - beautiful and solid. In a nutshell, the sugar bowl and spoon are beautiful and well made. I'm sure I will enjoy using it for years to come.
