We have seen your Feedback. Rather than leaving negative feedback we would have appreciated it if you had contacted us first to see what the problem was. Having checked the tracking details it seems to be the case that the package has been damaged in transit. It is currently being held by the courier. We do not know if the pitcher has been damaged. If it has not then we assume they will deliver to you but if it has then we expect it to be returned to us and we will refund your money.
