I will need to send this back. I needed a 220 step down to 110 with a BRITISH plug on the 220 end. I did put it in the search but could not tell if it was or wasn't from the picture.(one of the problems with on-line shopping). If this company has such an item, I do need it. I do not know where or how I am going to get this item. Very frustrated.
