Due to an innocent mistake, the item did not correctly match the description. However the seller responded promptly, tried to rectify the error and agreed to reimburse 50% of the purchase price. Given the cost of the item versus all the associated costs of the return procedure, I found it to be be fair and agreed to the sellers's offer.
