I'm happy with the product and the seller. It's the USPS I'm disappointed in. They couldn't track my package because it didn't have a USPS tracking number (duh!) because it was coming from India. USPS also "mis-delivered" my package at least twice. Delivery took 10 days longer than it should have. This, unfortunately, is typical of the way things are handled by the USPS. I still don't understand how eBay knew where my package was but USPS didn't.
