My grandson could not be happier to finally receive his Catnap and Dogday plushies. They arrived in good condition. The seller’s above and beyond communication was effective in resolving delivery. Shipping was fine, the delivery by carrier was not. I have to say that giving and taking feedback was always positive, empathetic, polite and effective.
