The item arrived a couple days earlier than expected which was nice. However, the fitment wasn't good. I had to grind away some of the backing for it 'slide' right on in. I also needed to 'adjust' the casing for the plug in order for it work. All in all, it was $40-50 cheaper than buying a new side mirror, but it took more 2 hours to get this installed. Swapping an entire mirror would have taken 10 minutes. So, how much is your time worth? IDK, maybe there were different submodels in play
