All 4 worked, but the way they where tuned lead to overheating quickly even at 3.3v, luckily if you remove the heat shrink carefully there is an adjustment pot, I turned mine down about 5 - 10% and now they will run all night, plenty bright, without issue on a single 18650. So with just a little adjustment these are perfect.
