Hi David, really sorry you have felt the need to leave us Negative Feedback. You requested your item to be delivered to an Argos Store. Despite sending multiple replacements out for you you continued to claim they had not arrived. We consistently responded to all your messages within 1 hour (Even on a Sunday) and when we sent the final replacement 4 weeks ago clearly said if there is any issues to further contact us. Something you didn't do so we was unaware the item still had not been delivered
