The shipping, especially coming from Japan, was very quick and well packed to endure the the trip. The only "frustration" was that I had emailed/messaged the seller asking if the unit works properly with US power. I did not get an answer and only asked this question because I did not see anything about powering the unit in the description. The unit is Japanese 100v, forcing me to purchase a voltage down stepper. I would still buy from this seller now that I know.
