I bought a new watch with tags from them as they claimed its new and with tags. When the watch arrived, it was missing the tag and it was replaced with one that belonged to a different watch. The watch did have some minor scratches near the bezel. Also, the watch dial was not working properly, it needed to be fixed, I just don't understand why they claimed its a new watch with a tag when its a broken used one with no tag. I included a picture showing how off the dial is.

The buyer did report a problem with the hour hand being slightly off, we offered to pay to have it looked at or replace it immediately. The buyer messaged and said he did not want to return it as they "liked it too much". Very odd that they leave negative feedback but do not want a replacement or repair.
