The transformer plug pin pulled out of the transformer, hanging out of the mains socket on its first use. incredibly dangerous, leaving live metal exposed from the wall socket. The item clearly is not rated to be sold in the EU or UK. i asked for a refund and have been offered a 25% refund, then 50%, then 75%. lord knows why they think id want a non-functioning, unsafe transformer even if it was at 25% of cost??? unable to communicate, just copy and pasted generic responses
