Seller was very responsive in the beginning, I purchased a NEW helmet from her. It started with shipping issues but we sorted it out after I asked to cancel the order. I received my item. However the item was missing pieces that I wasn’t aware of until it arrived. The seller said she wasn’t aware of it either which was fine. She eventually found 2 of the 3 missing pieces and said they would be shipping them out to me as well. Haven’t heard or received anything yet. It’s been weeks now!
