I did not receive the item I ordered because the seller misleads the customer into thinking they have purchased a 'collapsable pet play tunnel' which they do not intend to supply and in its place send a bag of 'woodchip'. The seller then tries to tell you that the bag of 'woodchip' is what you ordered. Seller intentionally misleads the customer...total scam. Eventually after numerous messages to seller I was given a full refund at the sellers request I give a positive review!
