I told you many times that the certificate takes some time as it’s done by government service. The duration depends on them which usually takes 7 days or longer for some countries. Then, you threatened me that you would report to Ebay. So, I thought it'd be best to cancel your order and refund to you to avoid any further problems from you. I had to pay for the expense of the certificate that was ready by that time. It's sad to be this way but you are not a nice buyer to do business with.
