The sales process was very good. The item I purchased was delivered promptly. Actually it was delivered prior to the estimated delivery date. However, the item was not of the quality I was expecting for the price I paid for it. I was expecting a replica CCM jersey and got one which resembled more of a cheap/knock off CCM jersey. I have not reached out directly to the seller yet but may yet still do so shortly.
