Total Disappointment "item" 120 watt soldering iron heated once to 60 degrees for 5 minutes then failed to heat. tried next day no heat. Since the 120 Watt Iron was not inxpensive i decided not to formulate a Claim for reclaim for replacement or cost price because it would take so long. thanking you ballyvalley8
