The seller is fine, and the product is fine also but the instructions are not in English. You'll have to figure out how to use it by looking at pics. Or maybe finding a video in English. It's not that hard to figure out. The holder that is attached is for 5mm syringe/ the 3mm attachment is put on the 3mm syringe and snapped into the 5mm holder attached to the gun. They have a video but they don't talk they just show how to use it. If anyone has questions I will try to answer them...works great!
