First the item goes AWOL. Then it is shown as delivered. Contacted the seller to inform item not received. Got told that he will wait for its return before dispatching replacement. I requested not to wait for return to sender and post me another one. He agrees to post and provided a tracking number for the new item. 24 hours later when I checked progress of the parcel, I find that the parcel is not even with Evri for delivery??!! Who is playing games with me???
