The purse is lovely but the crossbody strap had penmarks all over it. I reached out to the seller and asked for another strap. She didnt have one and didnt offer any kind of remediation. I just said "ok" since I don't want to return the bag over it. I drfinately would have worn it somerimes as a crossbody if the strap was not ruined.
