Sent the wrong tyre and it was considerably damaged on the side wall. Very very poor communication. I had NO contact, then was told it was their mistake & and returns label would be issued. Waited almost 4 days for this and was then forced to drive 10 miles away from my house to the closest parecelforce offices. They told me once the sellers bar code was scanned onto their system (usually within one hour) the seller can then log on and issue a refund. ** WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM EVER !! **
