I purchased a Burberry bag and I received a bag that can't be used!!!! There is a problem inside the inner fabric of the bag that releases dust and dirt. I tried to clean and failed. I contacted the seller several times to try to find a solution and he offered a ridiculous refund of a few dollars!!!
