I received a new printhead for my HP 8600. I did not work. I reached out to the vendor multiple times and tried everything they asked (again, multiple times). They tried offering my $8 on a $64 purchase instead of returning and kep wanting me to try the same thing over and over again. Eventually they offered $32 and at that point I escalated to eBay. They have no offered a return, but do not offer a return label - they expect you to do this yourself and they will supposedly reimburse you.
