The Messiaen celebrations lead us to this grand finale: a 32-CD set of his complete works plus a 400-page booklet in English and French with the complete sung texts and libretti! The solo piano works with Roger Muraro and organ works with Olivier Latry join the orchestral and choral works (with Myung-Whun Chung, Pierre Boulez, Pierre-Laurent Aimard and Yvonne Loriod), the opera Saint Francois d'Assise (directed by Kent Nagano), chamber works with Daniel Barenboim, Gidon Kremer, Martha Argerich and Daniel Hope, and vocal works with Noelle Barker. And the coup de graces?: a performance of the two piano Visions de l'Amen featuring Olivier Messiaen and Yvonne Loriod, recorded in Paris in 1962!
