Waited 10 days just to end up getting a refund. Item was not dispatched, a week later after ordering I was told it will be dispatched on the day. 3 days later I get told it was dispatched a while ago although it was never marked as dispatched and seller was not able to provide any details such as a tracking nunber, receipt or acknowledgement of dispatch. Had to open a case and end up getting a refund. I respect it is a small business, but this was a negative experience and I waited 10 days.
