Do not buy from this man he lies about items and has ripped me off over a Calvert Steven’s plane which he said was in good working order and it’s not not happy

The item was accurately listed and had 25 photos. The item got damaged in the post and I immediately offered a return with a full refund as per the eBay policy. The buyer decided to keep the item and closed the case. A day later they said they had sanded the pane down for hours, then no longer wanted it. I, along with most sellers can’t/wont accept a return if the item has been altered/tampered with.
