I received the item today. To be honest, I was a bit surprised bc the brass in the picture has a different (older) patina than the item (see the uploaded pic in this review that shows a shinier brass finish). I’m not sure if a filter was used in the listing, but disappointed that the finish was not as presented. Other than that, it’s exactly as described and arrived quickly. Will keep and use regardless.

i understand open box to mean "may be in the original packaging but not sealed... includes original accessories." I messaged the seller prior to purchase regarding completeness to which I received no reply. The seller made an offer, I accepted. When the item arrived, it was missing the screws that attach the faceplate to the valve and the sleeve which covers the valve. I messaged the seller again and again received no reply. I spent nearly the purchase price to make this kit complete.
