Purchased three items and seller agreed to provide a combined postage refund however they failed to provide the refund. When contacted they claimed to have placed cash within the package in a resealable bag however no such bag was contained in any of the items or postal packaging. When challenged about this the seller disclosed that they were not in fact the actual account holder and refused any further contact requiring me to escalate the issue to site admin. This seller is a dishonest fraud.
