Seller sent four very fragile items in one plastic bag from China, not surprisingly two of the items were completely destroyed. Seller offered a 30% and then 40% refund for the two items which was totally unacceptable. I sent photos with my messages to the seller. EBay team were brilliant again and they immediately issued a full refund for the two broken items. I will not be using this seller again. Thank you eBay!
