Double vinyl LP pressing including printed inner sleeves. An album crammed full of rare & unreleased tracks from the vaults of founder Jowe Head. Swell Maps founding members were Nikki Sudden, Epic Soundtracks, Jowe Head and Phones Sportsman. Includes demo versions of two of the band's singles: 'Dresden Style' and 'Read about Seymour'. Liner notes by Jowe Head. Artwork originally designed by Epic Soundtracks and Jowe Head in 1977.

Johnny Winter was a relatively unknown blues/rock guitarist with only an eponymously released album (included as a bonus disc) before he was selected to be among a relatively small number of lesser known artists to perform at Woodstock. His performance is electrifying on the Woodstock complete concert CD. Woodstock essentially helped to launch his career as a world class blues/rock guitarist. His younger brother, Edgar, performs keyboards and saxophone on three songs. Fantastic concert!
