Seller is advertising Microsoft MapPoint 2013 however what is being supplied is Microsoft Streets & Trips 2013. FYI, the MapPoint and Streets & trips are not file compatible or interchangeable. Streets & Trips will not open MapPoint PTM files. I installed the software supplied and was very disappointed with the results. Corresponded with seller several time for a work around but could not find any. Requested approval to return, received a shipping label to send the USB back for credit.

So let me get this right.. I did all I can do & even went above & beyond what is normal & even approved a refund & your still going to give me a bad feedback.. Things happen & I did all I could do..
