Item arrived - used it for the first time and the gel kept twisting the brush making it impossible to paint. Contacted seller who said they would see if they had a replacement - Have contacted seller twice since then as haven't heard anything from the. No replacement sent.

Took over a month to get back and wanted a replacement which was weird to me. No photo evidence & just wanted a free item. No return request also, happy to accept the return & full refund but no! Avoid this buyer just gets free goods.
