We tried to contact her and according to the return policy, she can return the product with a full refund, but unfortunately she didn't help us and we take responsibility for our mistake. The wooden rosary she received is at least 20 years old and is from my own collection, but there was a spelling error in the description of the product, but the customer never responded to us. We emphasize that we are interested in returning the product and returning all the money with shipping fees .
