Positive/Neutral: Item appeared to have shipped out really quickly which is appreciated. Unfortunately, the case was cracked in multiple places due to insufficient cushioning. Will accept as is since it was listed as 'Good' which allows for such damage. Also, I'm cutting my losses as this CD was bought to replace a faulty copy of the same album. Thank you.
