Not sure what happened. Tracking number didn't correlate to my information, but even so, the item mailed to another address and still wasn't the item I ordered. Luckily I know the FedEx driver in the town it was delivered to nearby and he went back to retrieve it, thinking mis-delivery. Label was right with recipient's name and address, but item was opened in front of the driver and it was a bookshelf, not even close to my item. I got a prompt refund from seller, so no foul.
