Product was received and in a timely manner. Great overall experience. card was protected with two pieces of cardboard and inside a sleeve and top loader. Envelope was to big for cars which allowed for the card to move around and potentially get damaged. All was well on my end, but would recommend a bubble envelope or small tighter fit envelope for future.
