Sends faulty scratched merchandise, and won't make good on it. I had one disc out of 4 that wouldn't play, and he wanted me, an elderly disabled woman to jump through hoops over it. Says it's my fault, that I don't know what I'm doing. I have over 150 movies that I play regularly and don't have a problem, I have a disc cleaner, I think I know what I'm doing. I don't need all of this over 15 dollars
