I did not receive the refund promised from this company in an email.
I feel really let down by this company who initially offered a 50% refund and then later a full refund for my purchase of a Spider-Man outfit which was damaged and required repairs to the pants and top.
I feel that your products are both poor in quality and not fit for purpose and that your service is slow, unreliable and misleading.
